Privacy
Potsight stores the hand histories you import so it can analyse them for you. Hand histories include your opponents' screen names: we keep those private to your account and never pool or publish them by name. We don't sell data or show ads.

The desktop app
- It reads only the hand-history folder you choose and uploads the text of complete hands. Nothing else on your computer is read or sent.
- For each computer you connect, we keep the name you give it, the platform (Mac or Windows), when it was connected and last seen, and a fingerprint (SHA-256) of its access key. We never keep the key itself.
- We use IP addresses only to slow down abusive requests, and we don’t store them in our database.
- Live analysis is off unless you turn it on. When you do, we record when you accepted the warning, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings.
- New hands and analyses are sent only to your own signed-in browser, so the session view updates by itself.
Your choices
- Delete your account in Settings: every hand, analysis and conversation is deleted, and any subscription is cancelled first.
- Sign out of every device from Settings.
- Disconnect any computer running the desktop app in Settings, under Desktop app.
- Ask for a copy of your data or a correction: write to the contact address below.
